Iced Hazelnut Mocha with Vanilla Cold Foam

Start with the cold foam. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk the water and sugar together. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat. Let it simmer for about five minutes, until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla extract. Once the syrup has cooled, pour it into a glass jar with a lid. Make sure the heavy whipping cream and milk are cold, add them to the jar, put on the lid, and shake the mixture until it’s nice and foamy.

Now, make the mocha. Stir the Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread into the hot coffee, and then mix them well with a milk frother. Add the optional half-and-half or milk, if desired.

Pour the mocha mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, top it with the vanilla cold foam, and enjoy!
