Steps
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together water, sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for about five minutes – the sugar should be completely dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Once simple syrup has cooled, pour the syrup into a glass jar or bottle.

Directions for Cold Foam:
Ensure all ingredients are cold and add them to a glass jar with a lid. Shake until thick and foamy. Use immediately.

For Mocha
8 oz hot coffee
2 Tbsp Bonne Maman Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Optional half and half or milk to add to coffee mixture
Stir BM Chocolate Hazelnut into hot coffee and mix well with milk frother. Add optional half and half or cream. Then pour mixture into a tall glass filled with ice and top with vanilla cold foam. Enjoy!
