Concord Grape Ham and Cheese Tartines

In a food processor, combine all whipped goat cheese ingredients, and whip until very smooth and creamy. Place in the fridge while preparing the bread. Brush bread slices with olive oil, and grill in a pan until golden on both sides.

Spread a thick layer of the whipped goat cheese on the toasted bread, then top each piece with about a tablespoon of Bonne Maman Concord Grape Fruit Spread.

Place prosciutto ribbons on top. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest to each piece, along with cracked black pepper and flaked sea salt to taste. Drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy!
