
Strawberry Jalapeño Baby Back Ribs

Prepare the Ribs First:

In a small bowl, mix the marinade’s ingredients together.

Divide the ribs between (2) 1 gallon-sized resealable plastic bags, and pour half of the marinade into each bag. Allow to marinate for 24 hours, turning the bags over every 6 hours or so.
Now, Make the Ribs:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Add ribs and marinade to a roasting pan that can fit all of the ribs.

Cook uncovered for approximately 2 hours, turning the ribs every 30 mins.

With 30 mins left of cooking, mix all of the sauce’s ingredients together. Set aside.

When done, the marinade should be reduced in half. With a spoon, you can drizzle it over the ribs after removing from the oven.

Spoon the sauce over finished, glazed ribs, and enjoy!
