French Toast Roll-Ups

First, create the batter. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Lay sliced bread on a flat surface. Using a rolling pin, roll the sliced bread very thin and flat. Use a knife to cut off the crusts, creating a uniform rectangle. Layer Bonne Maman Peanut Chocolate Spread all over the top of the flattened bread. Next, using your hands, roll the bread into a spiral shape, with the spread on the inside of the rolls.

Preheat a pan on medium-low heat, and melt about 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan. Quickly dip the rolls into the egg batter and rotate, ensuring all sides soak in the batter. Put French toast rolls in the pan, cooking them on all sides until golden brown all over.

After each roll is cooked, roll it in cinnamon sugar. Continue cooking all the rolls in this process until all are cooked and dipped in cinnamon sugar. Serve, and enjoy!
