Combine the Bonne Maman Concord Grape Fruit Spread and apple cider vinegar in a large mixing bowl or a pitcher. Mix until the fruit spread is fully incorporated into the vinegar. If you're not serving the shrub right away, you can refrigerate it in an airtight container for up to 30 days.

To serve, fill each empty Bonne Maman jar with ice and 4–6 tablespoons of the shrub.
