
Strawberry-Guava Champagne Mocksicles

Each of the preserves needs to be puréed together in a blender. Start with the Guava Preserves first, then you won’t need to wash the blender before proceeding with the Strawberry Preserves.

Add all ingredients in the blender, purée until everything is very well mixed.

Add the Guava base first to the molds. Freeze for 4 hours.

Repeat the purée process with the Strawberry Preserves, and top the guava layer. Add sticks to the molds, and carefully transfer to the freezer. It generally requires freezing overnight or for a minimum of 8-12 hours.
Serve popsicles in glasses filled nearly halfway with your champagne of choice.
