Chicken Satay with Mango-Peach Preserves

Marinate the chicken first. In a large bowl, mix all of the marinade ingredients until combined. Toss the chicken to coat, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, and allow it to reach room temperature. Place 6 to 8 pieces of chicken on each skewer, and repeat until all pieces are used. Discard any leftover marinade.

On a grill set to high heat, cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the grill, and baste each piece with Bonne Maman Mango-Peach Preserves.

Serve with cucumber, red onion, and cilantro, along with the remaining Mango-Peach Preserves as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
