Steps
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and coat 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix together flour, Gluten-free rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add cubed butter and mix with your hands until crumbly.
- Divide oat mix in half. Add shredded coconut to one half of the oat mix, then set the other half of the oat mix aside to use for the topping.
- With your hands, press your coconut oat mix evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Add your Bonne Maman® Pineapple Passion Fruit Preserves and crumble the reserved oat mix over the jam.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove, add pineapple pieces and return to oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely in the dish, on a wire rack. Slice into 12 bars and serve!
