Steps
Crepes:
- In a blender, add together (in this order) the milk, egg yolks, vanilla, flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
- Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth, stopping to scrape sides.
- Heat crepe pan over medium heat, until hot. Coat with oil.
- Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into pan and tip or spread to move batter to edges in a thin layer.
- When bubbles form on the top and edges are dry, flip over and cook until lightly browned with golden edges. Repeat with remaining batter.
Filling:
- Beat all ingredients together until smooth, in a medium-sized bowl with wooden spoon.
- Before folding, spread the crepe with cream cheese filling and Bonne Maman® Strawberry Preserves.
