Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line 12-cup baking tin with paper liners and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix oat bran, flour, baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt, and light brown sugar.
- In a small bowl whisk yogurt, oil, vanilla, eggs, orange zest and Bonne Maman Orange Fruit Spread – More Fruit, Less Sugar* together.
- Carefully fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until evenly moistened and the flour is no longer visible.
- Fill each muffin tin about ½ to ⅔ full and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and spring back lightly when touched.
- Cool for 5 minutes in muffin tins, then transfer to cooling rack.
- Top each muffin with a teaspoon of Bonne Maman Orange Fruit Spread – More Fruit, Less Sugar*, serve and enjoy!
