Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a food processor and pulse to combine.
- Next, add the butter, using 1-second pulses until uniformly cut into the flour mixture. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix your egg yolk and half and half together. Add it into the dry mixture and mix until just combined. Dough should be a little shaggy. Divide into 6 roughly equal portions.
- Grease six small cast iron skillets and place on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Add approximately 3 tbsp of Bonne Maman Cranberry-Cherry Preserves and one portion of dough to each skillet.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake until filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
- Let cool for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
