Steps
Parfaits:
- Layer together the Bonne Maman Lemon Curd, yogurt, blueberries, and caramelized oats in 4 mason jars, coupes, or ramekins.
Caramelized Oats:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine honey, brown sugar, butter, and olive oil in a small saucepan and, stirring constantly, bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in oats.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and spread out oat mixture into an even layer.
- Bake at 325°F, stirring every 10 minutes, until deeply caramelized – about 24 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces. Can be stored in an airtight container for one week.
