Lemon Curd Fizz Cocktail

Place the gin, lemon juice, and Bonne Maman Lemon Curd in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Fill the shaker with ice, and shake again for 30 seconds, until cold.

Strain the mixture into a glass, and gingerly top it off with soda water, leaving enough room for the white foam to form on top. If desired, garnish with a lemon twist, then serve immediately.
