Hazelnut Chocolate Orange Marmalade Muffins

Preheat oven to 425°F. Using a whisk, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Set aside while you prepare your muffin pan. Spray your muffin pan thoroughly with cooking spray. Add 2 tablespoons of batter to the bottom of each muffin cup.

Add 1 teaspoon of Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread into each muffin cup, and swirl with a toothpick. Add 2 more tablespoons of batter, covering the first layer of Hazelnut Chocolate Spread. Next, add 1 more teaspoon of the spread, and then swirl. Top off with just enough batter to almost completely fill the cups, and then finish by adding a teaspoon more of Hazelnut Chocolate Spread and swirling the top.

Bake the muffins for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, lower the temp to 350°F, and continue to bake for another 15–20 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Allow the muffins to cool before you store them in an airtight container, and enjoy!
