Steps
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Portion puff pastry into six equal squares.
- Slice an L shape into opposite corners of each portion about ¼ ” from each edge.
- Fold one side into the other, just inside of the L.
- Mix sliced figs, vanilla paste, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Place 1 Tbsp. Bonne Maman Fig Preserves in the center of each pastry.
- Add the dressed, sliced figs.
- Brush the pastry with heavy cream. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
