Steps
- Preheat panini press to medium-high.
- Spread cream cheese over one side of one of the challah slices and Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves over one side of one of the challah slices.
- Place the slice with cream cheese on top of the one with preserves, cream cheese side facing the preserves.
- Brush bread with melted butter on the outside.
- Toast sandwich in the press until golden. Remove, cut in half and serve.
