Concord Grape Puff Pastry

Lay puff pastry on a parchment-lined surface. Using a square cutter, cut out 12 squares. Brush each square with egg wash. Bake at 375°F for 8 mins, or until golden brown.

Slice brie cheese into small rectangles to fit onto each puff-pastry square, and allow cheese to soften on top of the oven-hot squares.

Top with 1 teaspoon Bonne Maman Concord Grape Fruit Spread, along with toasted chopped walnuts as desired. And lastly, drizzle with hot honey, top with fresh thyme, and enjoy!
