Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Roll dough into two 10in crusts or one 14in crust.
- Top dough with Bonne Maman Fig Preserves, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh fig slices. Bake in oven until crust is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove flatbreads from oven and immediately top with arugula. Cut and serve.
