Steps
- Place feta and cream cheese into a food processor and combine. Begin drizzling in olive oil until fully smooth. Add kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
- Turn on broiler (or alternatively warm toaster oven), and grill bread for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
- Spread about two tablespoons of whipped feta over each slice of bread. Top with two tablespoons of Mango-Peach Preserves per piece. Add 1/2 avocado worth of slices per each slice. Season with flaky salt and freshly cracked pepper.
