Steps
- Set oven to 375° F. Dry turkey breast and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Mix room temperature butter, Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves, and herbs.
- Brush turkey breast with butter mixture. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours until internal temp reaches 170° F. Brush with butter mixture every 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes, slice thickly, and serve.
