Steps
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Sauté chicken until done and remove from pan.
- Fry garlic, ginger, lettuce leaves or broccoli, red peppers and onions until soft, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add chicken, Bonne Maman Apricot Preserves and stir fry sauce. Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
