Homemade Barbecue Rub

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Mild Chili Powder
  • ¼ cup Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Onion
  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • One empty Bonne Maman 13 oz. jar and its lid
  • String, a label, and a pen
Steps
  1. Spoon spices into a clean and empty Bonne Maman jar.
  2. Once full, seal and shake the jar.
  3.  Tip
    Write a note and use some string to tie it around the jar
