Ingredients:
- ● (1) 8.8 oz Jar of Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
- ● 3 Cups Oats
- ● 1 ½ Cups Oat Flour
- ● 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- ● ½ Cup Chopped Hazelnuts
- ● 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ● 1 tsp Salt
- ● ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
- ● 1 ½ Sticks Butter
Yield: 12 bars
Bar Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a 9” x 13” baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, chopped hazelnuts, baking soda, and salt.
Melt the butter, and combine it with the vegetable oil, then stir it into the dry ingredients to form a mixture.
Divide the mixture in half, and press half of the mixture into the pre-greased 9” x 13” baking sheet, forming what will be the bottom half of the bars. Evenly spread Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread over the mixture that’s in the pan.
Top the mixture in the pan with the remaining half of the mixture, spreading it across evenly, pressing down gently all the while.
Bake at 350°F for 25 mins or until slightly golden brown. Allow it to cool before cutting, and enjoy!
